Consultant II

Position Description: Business Analyst with subject matter expertise in Federal human capital with 5-10 years of experience in human capital data and reporting to assist Business Objects developers in a rapid application design (RAD) effort. This effort, to transform over 1000 queries stored in 15 ACCESS databases into cohesive Business Objects reports, requires knowledge of Federal human capital functions including recruiting, hiring, personnel transaction processing, payroll, benefits, and human capital organizational measures used to gauge organizational readiness and maturity. The Consultant must interpret the business rules in queries; assist the development team in identifying the correct data elements for extraction from the Integrated Data Warehouse (IDW); and translate the business rules as functions in the IDW environment. Position Description: KEY SKILL SETS: Knowledge of Federal Human Capital Technologies Experience using FOCUS query language in USDA/NFC environment. Use knowledge of Federal Human Capital regulations to design reports and data extracts for the program. Senior Exchange Systems Engineer - LCAT:20

Position Description: This position will be required to install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2010. Other duties include operations and maintenance activities for Enterprise Vault, to include Freedom of Information Requests, server maintenance, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate must perform system administrative functions on an enterprise level WAN MS Exchange domain, including software support functions. Additional duties include updating and tracking customer issues using the Siebel Action Request System. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software.
